Replacing carbon brushes is necessary when they are worn to 5-6 mm of their length. If brushes are too short it can lead to rotor damage. We recommend to inspect the carbon brushes length on a monthly basis.
Lower blade regulation in DYDB-2 end cutter

The lower blade should be adjusted when the blade is sharp (properly sharpened or replaced) and the cutter pulls the material in or shreds it. Remember to turn off the power before changing the blade!

The blade has to be changed when sharpening doesn't help to keep it sharp. When you notice lower quality of cutting it is time to change the blade. Usually one blade works good for a couple of months, but this period can shorten rapidly if you cut very hard materials. Remember to switch off the machine before the operation of changing the blade!

The fabric rolling machine is a very useful tool designed for rolling material on the tube. It speeds up preparing a roller blind and helps to keep the material in the right angle. The fabric rolling machine can be operated either manually with an electric add-on driver or automatically by using a foot pedal, which gives you both hands free.
Control frame - RollMaster

Control frame helps to check the correctness of rolling-up the roller blind. It allows to coil and unwind the roller blind to check if it is straight. Graspers for the tube are regulated. Width of the test window is 2 m, we can make a wider version on request.

what could be the problem - when cutting thick material, motor part pulls material with itself in the start of the cut. the thickness of material is 25mm
